About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop their skills, and contribute to the success of Rescar Companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of railcars to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Communicate inspection findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and report any issues or concerns to management.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in railcar inspection or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of AAR and FRA regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 100%).

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work primarily from home, with occasional travel required to client sites or company facilities. A valid driver's license and ability to work independently are essential for this role.
