Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project documentation, safety records, and quality control metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure excellent customer service and project satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of commercial construction experience, with a strong background in project management and site supervision.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support project sites and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • International Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC) or equivalent.
  • Experience with industry-related software, such as project management tools and construction estimating software.
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages, depending on the project requirements.
