Pharmacist Leader

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

• Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff
• Ensure patient safety and well-being through effective medication management and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs to drive continuous improvement and excellence in pharmacy operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive patient experience
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care programs that promote healthy outcomes
• Lead by example, demonstrating CVS Health's Heart at Work Behaviors and promoting a culture of empathy, compassion, and respect
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive business results

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
