Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead the formation of our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting team within the finance group. This role will require cross-company leadership to accomplish critical planning objectives and help grow the team to an expanded future capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the FP&A transformation by optimizing technologies and processes to deliver FP&A services efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal audiences, including Senior Leadership and Key Leadership teams.
  • Develop training for Quartus team members on basic financial topics.
Real-Time Analysis
  • Create variance analysis reports and financial models.
  • Lead real-time financial performance monitoring.
  • Escalate financial issues to management.
  • Recommend strategies for increasing financial performance.
Planning
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
  • Complete competitive market research analysis.
  • Support the quarterly forecast process and quarterly business review process.
  • Assist in developing the company's long-range and annual plans.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent financial quantitative skills, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Communicates effectively and strong presentation skills.
