Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team at Sigma Healthcare. As a Cardiovascular Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing patient care and assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides patient care essential to cardiac catheterization procedures, including calculating hemodynamic values for the physician during complicated diagnostic and intervention procedures.
  • Assists with cardiac catheterization procedures, calculating hemodynamic values for the physician during diagnostic and intervention procedures.
  • Prepares room and supplies for cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in a healthcare-related field; RCIS or RT (CI) certification.
  • Cardiovascular Technology degree employee.
  • CCI Registry, RCIS, RCES, BLS, ACLS certifications required.
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in current specialty required.
  • Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
Working Conditions

The individual must demonstrate skills necessary to function in the cardiac catheterization lab. Candidate must have an advanced knowledge of imaging equipment and be able to work cohesively with other team members.
