The CT Technologist will be responsible for:

  • Conducting CT scans on patients while adhering to established protocols and safety measures.
  • Preparing patients for imaging procedures, providing clear explanations, and ensuring their comfort throughout.
  • Producing high-quality diagnostic images, maintaining strict attention to detail to support accurate diagnoses.
  • Following radiation safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for both patients and staff.
  • Maintaining precise patient records, including imaging data, and ensuring timely updates in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Collaborating with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and assist in medical diagnoses.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • ARRT certification in CT is mandatory.
  • State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety and care.
