Position Overview:

This role focuses on business development in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon contract award.

Your responsibilities will include researching and facilitating the processing of both structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations. You will enable entity extraction, disambiguation, common operating picture solutions, visualization, and other data-related assistance. Additionally, you will implement enhancements to data entity extraction, entity resolution, pattern extraction, link analysis, and related algorithms.

Qualifications:

JOURNEYMAN LEVEL: A Journeyman level requires 3 to 10 years of experience along with a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. This level typically performs all functional tasks independently.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: TS/SCI

Physical Requirements: The position necessitates extensive use of computing systems, including PCs or laptops. Duties may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Sufficient mobility is required for bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to complete daily tasks efficiently. There may be a need for climbing and working in confined spaces. Ability to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended durations is essential. The work environment may be noisy and subject to temperature variations. Lifting and transporting equipment up to 50 pounds may be necessary, and moderate to long-distance walking could be required due to parking availability.

Work Environment: The position is primarily office-based, potentially within a cubicle setting (considerations include close quarters, low to moderate noise, and varying lighting conditions). Collaboration with co-workers, customers, and all management levels is essential. The job presents no unusual hazards or environmental conditions, with limited travel expected, up to 10% of the time.

Equipment and Tools: Proficiency in operating office equipment such as personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, and other work-related tools is required.

Attendance: Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Regular attendance is crucial for meeting deadlines and attending meetings. Flexibility in work hours may be necessary to accommodate critical mission requirements.

Essential Functions: Professional conduct is expected at all times when interacting with customers, management, and colleagues. Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. Appropriate grooming and attire are required for the position, ensuring no safety risks to employees or others. Maintaining a positive work environment through professional behavior and communication is vital. Independent transportation to the office or work site is necessary, and travel to customer locations may be required to support projects.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $116,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual compensation within this range is determined by work location and various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
