Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our brand.

You will have the chance to recommend products and gear that customers will rely on to reach their personal milestones, no matter what they may be.

This role involves consistently going above and beyond to serve our customers and communities.

You will engage with a dynamic team, building and maintaining meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and ultimately equipping them with everything they require to start or continue their journey.

We prioritize a people-first approach and recognize that our daily efforts are unique and impactful.

We genuinely believe that running can change everything.

Qualifications:
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role is preferred

- Eager to learn and make informed decisions

- Enthusiastic, positive, self-driven, and detail-oriented

- Accountable and adaptable

- Upholds integrity in all actions

- Collaborative and focused on customer satisfaction

- Willingness to exceed expectations when necessary

- Professional communication skills with customers and team members

- Committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting each individual who visits
