Key Responsibilities- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise Maintenance Team: Lead and develop a team of maintenance personnel to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to equipment and facilities.
- Schedule and Assign Maintenance: Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to track maintenance activities, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
- 3+ Years of Experience: In predictive/preventative maintenance systems or saw filing experience.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with plant equipment, operations, and predictive/preventative maintenance systems.
- Education and Certifications: Associate's degree or vocational certificate in manufacturing operations or a related field, or equivalent experience.
