Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician II to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing multi-skilled industrial maintenance support focused on customer service, quality, cost, and productivity in a Total Productive Improvement (TPM) and continuous improvement (CI) environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide maintenance support to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience or 5-7 years of equivalent experience
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and associates
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
