Job Title: Host Hostess

Job Summary:

The Host Hostess plays a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests at Cherry Creek Grill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service
  • Efficiently handle check-ins and seating
  • Answer phones, take reservations, and maintain accurate records in reservation systems
  • Coordinate with restaurant and/or pool staff to optimize guest placements
  • Assist with preparation of station charts and guide servers and support staff
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the host station and assigned work areas
  • Monitor and update guest profiles, VIP arrivals, and special requests
  • Ensure menus and wine lists are clean, up-to-date, and well-stocked
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly
  • Familiarize yourself with all hotel services and respond accurately to guest inquiries

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a high-end setting
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and the ability to speak and write in English fluently
  • Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, as applicable to the position
