About the Position: Akira Technologies Inc. is a leading provider of cloud modernization and data analytics services, serving the US federal government. We are currently seeking a skilled Jira Administrator to support our mission analytics efforts. As the primary administrator for Jira, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our mission.

You will be responsible for overseeing the creation, configuration, and maintenance of projects, workflows, and user permissions. Regular monitoring and maintenance of the Jira environment will also be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will conduct required infrastructure changes, including setting up new projects, configuring project settings, and updating project schemas as needed. Furthermore, you will collaborate with mission analytics teams to design and configure Jira solutions that enhance data tracking, analysis, and reporting.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. You should have experience in managing Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and associated Atlassian tools. Familiarity with scripting and automation tools is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000
