Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Dasmen Residential. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for interviewing prospective tenants, recording information, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough interviews with prospective tenants to understand their needs and qualifications.
  • Accompany prospects to model homes and apartments, discussing features, amenities, and lease terms.
  • Complete lease forms, collect rental deposits, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate traffic and drive sales.
  • Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality, ensuring work responsibilities are covered when absent.
Requirements
  • One-year certificate from college or technical school.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience required.
