Key Responsibilities- Operating Room Support: Provide support to physicians and surgeons, including assisting surgeons during procedures and passing required instruments during surgery.
- Compliance and Safety: Comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations, and adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a safe work and patient care environment.
- Patient Care and Communication: Communicate effectively and courteously with visitors, physicians, and their office staff, patients, and employees. Maintain patient, physician, and employee privacy and confidentiality per policy.
