Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including rooms, hallways, and public spaces, to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Restock linens, towels, and other supplies as needed, and ensure that all areas are well-stocked and organized.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning solutions and chemicals safely and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as assisting with special events or projects.
Requirements:
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
