We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Manager to join our team at European Wax Center. As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to achieve sales and operational goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage center operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members to ensure a high-performing team
- 1-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the beauty industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational excellence
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
