Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Administrative Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless patient care and administrative functions within our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Send/receive patient medical records and abstract new patient records into EPIC with accuracy.
  2. Set up instruments and equipment according to department protocol.
  3. May assist and/or perform chaperone duties for patient medical procedures as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical assistant in a primary care or specialist office. EMR experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are essential.
