Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect an estimated annual salary of $48,000.00 (based on 23.00/hr * 2080 hours/year) plus tips. Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver DOT to transport passengers efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a neat and clean appearance while in uniform.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client and customer experiences by answering questions, offering city directions, and ensuring each interaction is positive.
  • Perform vehicle inspections, maintain bus cleanliness, fuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers.
  • Be punctual, wear the required uniform, and possess a valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Maintain a good driving record, report accidents or hazards, and communicate with garage staff.
  • Substitute for cashiers or valets when necessary, have knowledge of the area, and assist customers with luggage.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A CDL Class A, B, or C Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement.
  • A Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
