Job Summary:

We are seeking a Childcare Nurturer to join our team at Wyndy LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care for children in a home-based setting, creating a safe and engaging environment that promotes their growth and development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Childcare Provision: Create a nurturing environment for children aged infants to preschool level, promoting their learning and development.
2. Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized childcare space, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
3. Communication: Collaborate with parents and guardians to understand and meet the unique needs of each child, communicating effectively and regularly.
4. Activities and Development: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to encourage cognitive, social, and physical development in children.
5. Support and Guidance: Provide positive guidance and support to children, resolving conflicts with patience and respect.

Salary and Benefits:
