Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Financial Transactions: Balance transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest requests, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct security walks, ensure the hotel's physical security, and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with associates, management, and guests to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved software.
