Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate stockroom operations and supervise a team of stockroom associates
- Direct all functions related to processing, truck deliveries, and allocation of product to departments
- Execute store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions
- Identify efficiency opportunities and implement standards and procedures to improve processes
- Maintain a high standard for cleanliness and execute all safety best practices
- Participate in talent selection for the stockroom operations team and provide performance feedback
- Champion credit and loyalty programs and ensure team members can inform, educate, and promote benefits and offerings
- Understand and utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Inspire and motivate a team to deliver results through clear and concise feedback and coaching
- Create a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
- Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Utilization of PDA and POS Systems
- Ability to work varying hours and schedules, including early mornings, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands:
- Able to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 50 pounds
- Able to perform full body rotation and mobility, including bending, stopping, twisting, and reaching
