Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate stockroom operations and supervise a team of stockroom associates
  • Direct all functions related to processing, truck deliveries, and allocation of product to departments
  • Execute store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions
  • Identify efficiency opportunities and implement standards and procedures to improve processes
  • Maintain a high standard for cleanliness and execute all safety best practices
  • Participate in talent selection for the stockroom operations team and provide performance feedback
  • Champion credit and loyalty programs and ensure team members can inform, educate, and promote benefits and offerings
  • Understand and utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures
  • Inspire and motivate a team to deliver results through clear and concise feedback and coaching
  • Create a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Utilization of PDA and POS Systems
  • Ability to work varying hours and schedules, including early mornings, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands:

  • Able to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 50 pounds
  • Able to perform full body rotation and mobility, including bending, stopping, twisting, and reaching
