Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13-$15 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and career growth. In addition to weekly pay, we also provide access to daily pay through our partnership with ZayZoon.

Job Description

This PRN (as-needed) position requires a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or caregiver to provide safe, nurturing, and supportive care to children in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services (MDCPS). The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each child's unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist children with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and mobility.
  • Provide emotional support, comfort, and companionship to foster a nurturing environment.
  • Monitor health, behavior, and progress of children, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements & Skills:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification, with current CPR certification required.
  • Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and communication.
  • Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare professionals and clients.
Compensation & Perks
