Job SummaryWe are seeking a new graduate RN to join our Explorer program, a 12-week rotational experience designed to expose new graduate RNs to various units and develop their skills. The program includes a comprehensive orientation, rotations on selected units, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and administer medications
- Complete tasks specific to each unit, such as checking chest tube output in the ICU
- Work under the guidance of a dedicated preceptor
- Completion of an accredited BSN or ASN program
- Current NJ RN license
- BLS certificate upon hire and maintenance
