Radiologic Technologist Job Description

At RWJBarnabas Health, we are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares patients for physician evaluation
  • Assists physician with evaluation and treatment of patient
  • Performs basic radiologist tests and oversees the production of x-rays
  • Maintains accurate record of all x-ray films
  • Coordinates the reading of all x-ray films with physician

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years experience in an x-ray department in a hospital or physician's office
