Your Role:
In your capacity as a DevOps infrastructure engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will collaborate closely with cloud architects and engineers to oversee server configurations for advanced cloud solutions. You will leverage your skills within a DevOps framework to create or provision virtual machines or networks and utilize cloud service providers to enhance our clients' significant missions.

Whether you are involved in developing, deploying, or managing IT infrastructures for critical server and network components, you will have the latest technology and the brightest colleagues at your disposal.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing tools and processes to enhance DevOps or DevSecOps maturity through automation of builds, regression testing, monitoring, and deployment across environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for addressing CI/CD pipeline failures or performance issues.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Boto3.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies using Ansible and deploying applications on Rancher.
  • Background in creating enterprise cloud-native solutions, including S3 Bucket integration.
  • Ability to devise solutions for complex challenges within a collaborative team setting.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant experience in DevOps in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing enterprise cloud-native solutions utilizing Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, Terraform, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with Apache NiFi flow engineering.
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or technology.

Security Clearance:
Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
