We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Child Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect quality care to residents, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
- Coordinate resident care activities with other members of the healthcare team, supervising the nursing care given.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position upon hire.
- 1 year of experience in long term care.
