  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to student development
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our center's curriculum and programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • North Carolina Early Childhood Credential or equivalent
  • Childhood Development Associate (CDA) or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred
  • Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or Caregiver
  • High level of flexibility and willingness to work all shifts
  • Must be at least 18 years old
