Job Title: SAP UAT Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP UAT Lead to join our team at Smart Folks Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP testing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP UAT process, ensuring that all testing is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement test plans and test cases, working closely with the development team to ensure that all requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing tasks, and ensure that all testing is completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Identify and report on testing issues and defects, working with the development team to resolve these issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in SAP testing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize testing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge of SAP testing tools and methodologies, with the ability to develop and implement test plans and test cases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience working with Quality Center and other SAP testing tools.
  • Strong experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
