We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Imaging Services Manager, responsible for overseeing the operational needs of our Radiology services. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Job Summary:
- Manage the operational needs of Radiology services for all modalities.
- Develop and implement productivity standards, budget targets, and staff schedules.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff, update policies and procedures, and recruit and interview new hires.
- Serve as a liaison between Radiology and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Nine years of experience/education/training in at least one radiology modality;
- A Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration or related area plus six years of experience to include four years of supervisory/leadership experience.
