Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Take care of assigned company vehicles and equipment.
  • Support the planning and execution of customer engagement events.
  • Conduct demonstrations of new equipment in the field.
  • Keep abreast of customer business trends and relay pertinent information to management.
  • Understand financing options available to assist customers in purchasing equipment.
  • Evaluate used equipment values accurately for trade-in purposes.
  • Participate in relevant sales training and seminars.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in equipment sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with agricultural or turf equipment and operational practices is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Flexibility in working hours is essential.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Must be capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally. The role involves driving, extensive computer use, and the ability to load and unload equipment safely in various weather conditions.
