We are seeking a skilled Medical Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Integrated Resources. As a Medical Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including medication management, wound care, and pain management.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying potential issues and taking appropriate action.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices and policies.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- 2+ years of experience in a telemetry or critical care setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythms, with a strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
- PCU experience.
- NIHSS and CLS certification.
- Additional languages spoken.
