A competitive compensation package is available, including a salary aligned with MGMA standards, performance incentives based on WRVUs, vacation time, CME allowances, health insurance, malpractice coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, relocation support, sign-on bonuses, and potential for fellowship funding as well as assistance with medical education debt.

Permanent Placement Resources, LLC collaborates with a healthcare team comprising around 1000 staff members and over 120 physicians across various specialties. The facility boasts a 24-hour emergency department, a Level II neonatal unit, same-day surgical services, a pain management clinic, a wound care center, two cardiac catheterization labs, and advanced diagnostic technologies including digital mammography, MRI, CT, PET/CT, nuclear medicine, and interventional cardiology/radiology. The medical staff includes 7 OBGYNs, 21 Primary Care Physicians, and 3 General Surgeons. A strong referral network is in place, supported by a robust hospitalist program featuring 8 hospitalists (6 daytime and 2 nocturnal).

Statesboro, the largest city in Bulloch County, serves a population of over 225,000 in southeast Georgia. It is home to a major university, providing a vibrant and expanding community with a high quality of life and affordable living costs. Residents enjoy a variety of cultural and recreational activities, including hiking and biking trails, a botanical garden, a family water park, vineyards, a performing arts venue, and excellent shopping options. The county offers 16 public schools along with several private and parochial institutions. The medical center is a 150-bed acute care facility featuring a Women's Pavilion and an adjacent medical office building.
