Job Summary

The Miller Milling Co. is seeking a skilled Loader to join our team in a critical role that involves the safe and efficient loading of finished products into bulk trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load finished products into bulk trailers, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with Shift Millers to determine product types and quantities, and communicate effectively to ensure seamless operations.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including trailer inspections, tailings checks, product retain samples, and COA's, to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • May be required to load feed trucks, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on required MSS documentation and conduct regular Fall Protection training to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct daily checks on load out magnets and run test pieces through metal detectors to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as set forth by Miller Milling Company in accordance with BRC standards, and maintain responsibility for food safety regulations.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to use and learn equipment and tools used in the role
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in documentation
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
