Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Spanish-speaking Home Care Aide to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Bellevue WA. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with and perform activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, and adequate nutritional intake.
  • Promote a safe environment for the client, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and/or range of motion exercises to maintain the client's mobility and flexibility.
  • Assist with activities such as shopping, meal preparation, socialization, and light housekeeping to support the client's daily routine.
  • Assist with medication reminders and ensure the client takes their medications as prescribed.
  • Assist with reading and recording temperature, pulse, and respiration to monitor the client's health.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Current Washington NA-C, HCA, or enrolled in classes pursuing an HCA or NA-C license.
  • Two (2) positive work references.
  • Successfully complete and pass a background check and drug test.
What We Offer:
