• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, ensuring seamless service to our guests.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions to ensure accurate and efficient service.
• Follow standard recipes and special diet orders to meet the diverse needs of our patrons.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

• Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
