Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Test Engineer Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Test Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our products
  • Lead the Test Engineering team to work closely with the product design team to interpret module requirements and turn them into corresponding product verification test plans
  • Support to Production Test Plans and Production Test Equipment requirements
  • Develop, test, and certify a NGE High-Speed encryptor to support government enterprise networks
  • Work with the design team during the Design Verification Test phase to validate products
  • Participate in After Market Service approaches, strategy, and execution to support these products
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related subject area
  • 10+ years of integration and test experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience with networking (TCP, UDP, Multicast, etc.) and network devices
  • Knowledge and experience with a programming or scripting language (Python, C/C++, Java, Perl, or other)
  • US citizenship required
  • Must be able to obtain a United States Secret Clearance
