We are currently seeking an Investment Portfolio Strategist to become an integral part of our team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of global economic trends, market conditions, and individual securities.
- Contribute insights and strategic perspectives to the development and adjustment of our tactical investment strategies.
- Offer constructive feedback on peer presentations, enhancing the investment decision-making process and outcomes.
- Play a pivotal role in the evolution of our investment methodologies, identifying opportunities that enhance client portfolios and sustain our competitive edge.
- Utilize various analytical tools and platforms to support investment decisions and client interactions.
- Engage with clients daily to address portfolio management inquiries and provide tailored advice.
- Initiate discussions with clients regarding portfolio management, identifying potential investment opportunities within existing relationships.
- Stay informed on market conditions through reputable financial publications and databases.
- Meet with clients to review and adjust portfolio strategies, financial planning, and tax implications.
- Execute client account modifications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Assist marketing teams in developing proposals and organizing client meetings.
- Uphold high standards in delivering an exceptional client experience and act as a key member of the client service team.
- Participate in community outreach and represent the firm in various professional settings.
- Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and investment research.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Wealth Management or Investment Strategy.
- Proven experience engaging high-net-worth families in investment discussions with professionalism.
- Bachelor's Degree required; CFP, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- Possession of Series 63, 65, or 66 licenses.
- Strong interest and knowledge in finance, economics, and global capital markets.
- Ability to think strategically, employing both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Resourceful problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with investment software and platforms is advantageous.
