We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate vehicle repairs.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems, as well as communicating directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed. They will also be responsible for executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

  • Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
  • Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure proper function
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k matching, and vacation time.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 2 years of experience as an auto technician, possess knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance, and be a fast learner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills, are also required. Additionally, applicants must be team players who are computer literate and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
