  • Support physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in providing exceptional medical services
  • Ensure accurate data entry of charges on patient accounts, manage patient registrations, and update existing patient information
  • Conduct insurance verifications and maintain accurate statistical records
  • Assist in scheduling patient appointments, managing phone communications, and keeping healthcare providers informed of any changes while educating patients about their benefits
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance patient care

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
