We oversee both plastic and metal cart inventories, including their distribution, retrieval, repair, warranty management, and recycling at the end of their life cycle. Our operations are entirely paperless, with all activities documented electronically. FleetGenius Lenoir serves as our metal fabrication facility, specializing in the production of waste units.

Compensation: Weekly Pay
Hourly Rate: $18.99 per hour, depending on experience
- This full-time MIG Welding Specialist role requires mandatory overtime during peak periods.
- The primary focus is on the repair of steel containers of varying sizes through MIG welding techniques.
- Utilization of smart devices to track maintenance progress is essential.
- Shifts typically range from 8 to 10 hours, adhering to local legal work hour regulations.
- Perform welding repairs on metal containers, including replacing damaged walls, rusted floors, and other compromised metal structures.
- Assist in preparing containers for welding, painting, and subsequent delivery.
- Support the lead fabricator as needed.
- Engage in torch burning and plasma cutting tasks.
- Operate forklifts as required.
- Welding Certification is preferred.
- An Associate's degree in Welding Technology is advantageous.
- AWS/CWI Certification is a plus.
- Applicants must possess their own welding hood, a 2-4 lb. hammer, tape measure, wire cutters, and screwdriver.
- A high school diploma is required.

- Capability to stand and bend for extended periods.
- A minimum of 3 years of MIG welding experience is required.
