We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team in the West Mifflin area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks, as needed
- Transport clients to appointments and activities
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $13 - $15/hour, based on experience and skill
- Flexible schedule: Mon thru Fri, up to 8 hours/day, flexible hours between 9am and 6pm up to 40 hours/week
- Opportunity for bonuses and performance incentives
