Job Summary:

Paper Transport is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Regional Truck Driver to join our team. As a Regional Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the country, with a focus on the Midwest region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination vehicle to transport freight across the country, with a focus on the Midwest region.
  • Ensure timely delivery of freight to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Benefits:

  • Competitive mileage rate of 60 CPM.
  • Average weekly pay of $1,440 and average yearly earnings of $75,000.
  • Experienced minimum pay guarantee of $900.
  • 5.5 days out, 34 hour reset at home, with a typical start day of Sunday or Monday.
  • 99% no-touch and 50/50 drop and hook operations.
  • Operating area primarily in Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, and Georgia, with occasional trips to other states.

Additional Perks:

  • Experienced drivers receive a 1.5-day orientation and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
  • New CDL graduates receive a 1-week paid orientation and 2-weeks paid on-the-job training.
  • $20 paid stop-off and $20/hour paid detention after only 1 hour.

Requirements:

  • Current Class A CDL.
  • Recent CDL-A graduates welcome.
