Job Summary:

The H H Brown Shoe Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately pull cartons of footwear from inventory to prepare for shipment, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.
  • Picking and Packing: Pick designated orders by pulling boxes from pick locations and placing them on a push/pull rack, and pack orders in appropriate boxes and scan orders for verification.
  • Inventory Management: Utilize warehouse information systems to manage inventory levels, track orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently, ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good working order.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other warehouse team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push and/or pull up to 100 lbs., as well as reach into bins at various levels and utilize warehouse equipment.

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience and WMS experience a plus.
  • Team-oriented, fast-paced, and physical environment.
