About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team.
  • Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Monitor patient progress, report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
