We are seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at Resilient Healthcare.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that involves working directly with patients to assist in their rehabilitation and recovery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare customized exercise programs and activities for patients to aid in their physical therapy sessions
  • Provide consultation services to new patients and their families, ensuring they understand treatment goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Assist with direct patient care, adhering to established protocols and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments by attending continuing education courses and workshops
Requirements:
  • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of Texas or equivalent licensure
  • Proficiency in computer software commonly used for documentation and report preparation
  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality laws
  • Experience handling sensitive patient information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Physical stamina to perform job duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients, staff, and family members
Compensation and Benefits:
