Job Description
This role is critical in ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their visit. You'll work closely with our team members to provide exceptional service, answer questions, and help guests navigate our Midway. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a high level of service quality.

Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Manage wait times effectively, communicating with guests and team members as needed.
* Assist guests with purchases, redeeming rewards, and navigating our game selection.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote upselling opportunities.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the facility regularly.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
