Compensation Package
- We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $127 to $175, with a yearly salary of up to $365,000.
- You will receive six weeks of paid time off per year, allowing you to recharge and pursue your passions.
- We provide a generous annual allowance of $3,200 for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
- Relocation assistance is available to support your transition to San Diego.

Job Description
- This full-time position offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with no weekends or on-call duties.
- As an outpatient physician, you will work with patients in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- You will have a manageable patient load of 12-18 patients per day.
- Comfort working with diverse patient populations is essential for success in this role.
- Our innovative Provider-Medical Assistant-Scribe-Nurse-Referral Specialist (PODS) system ensures efficient care delivery.
Professional Requirements
- A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree is required.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is mandatory.
- You must be licensed to practice medicine in California or be in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not necessary.
