Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Contribute to a culture of safety and excellence by adhering to hospital policies and procedures
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
- Applicable certification required within 1 year of hire
- BLS and ACLS required
- Excellent IV skills required
- Recent clinical background in Interventional Nursing Required (Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology, Endoscopy)
- Critical Care, ED, or PACU experience required
- Experience leading an intraprofessional team in a clinical setting
- Ability to demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities
