Department Overview

We are seeking registered nurses (RNs) with a minimum of two years of nursing experience, including at least one year in a travel nursing capacity. Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility they are applying to. Compensation is provided on a weekly basis, inclusive of a stipend. Eligible candidates will also receive comprehensive benefits through Sanford. Contracts typically span 13 weeks, with opportunities for extension or reassignment to other Sanford locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate patient care, including assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Provide compassionate care to patients throughout all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
  • Exhibit proficiency and utilize comprehensive nursing expertise in all aspects of care.
Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's Degree in nursing. Current, unencumbered RN licensure in the relevant state is essential, and candidates must maintain required competencies and certifications.
