Key Responsibilities

What are the primary duties this individual will perform regularly?

1. Design and Implementation

  • Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to identify and document governance (regulatory and business-driven) and protection policies, standards, processes, and controls.
  • Architect solutions that manage, report, and integrate essential telemetry into security operations.
  • Manage assigned tasks related to security governance documentation, reporting, and more.
  • Develop, report on, and audit controls that support the defined policies and standards.

2. Operational Excellence

  • Identify and develop a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness.
  • Assist management in the control, establishment, and enforcement of security for network and infrastructure technology, desktops, and end-user devices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) & Risk Management, with specific knowledge of ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
  • Strong understanding of various cybersecurity and vulnerability management processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of governance regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, as well as security frameworks such as NIST and ISO.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow GRC & IRM modules (including but not limited to policy & compliance, integrated risk, & vendor risk).
  • Experience with reporting technologies that integrate information from multiple risk and security technologies.
  • Knowledge of critical security domains, including End-Point, Vulnerability, Network, Identity, and Backup.
  • Experience with Microsoft Information Protection and O365 Data protection capabilities, including within SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Email.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified) are advantageous.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
